This was really hard for me to do! And I soooo nearly didn’t go through with it. I was sitting on the beach for ages before I found the courage. I came up with loads of excuses not to go through with it, but sure it wouldn’t be a challenge if I found it easy!

@1984elnino Tehehe, yeah the before shot is a much happier and WARMER Andy! But the sea just kept going on forever! I had a freak out being so exposed! literary ran back to my stuff and hoped one noticed me!
well done at least you did it. had a bit of a lol moment when all your optimism changed and you said ‘a total disaster’ feels like some of my exposures out of my comfort zone. my therapist wants me back exercising again so this weekend now hopefully x
