I’m not sure but i heard that the last chapter of the manga is where she makes out with him or someting like that.

Nope. They hug in the manga in the end where Edward proposes to Winry.
They don’t need a kiss (note: I’m a huge EdWin fan). They have two children in the end which is more than enough. ;P
