@FeverK0 I definitely don’t think it will slow you down. In fact, I think it will help out. I used to play college baseball, and I wish I would have known about P90X back then. It’s safe to say that I’m in the best physical condition now and I’m not even playing sports anymore. I guarantee you that I can run faster and jump higher than what I could in college.

I play soccer and compete in competitive track, i was wondering if doing p90x would slow me down. ( My goal is to get a lean and ripped body on ” 1:29 “.
(Note: im a sprinter and want to build upper body strength)

@1Dan390 If you decide to eat before you work out, make sure you give the food at least an hour to digest. There is nothing wrong with working out on an empty stomach in the morning. The most important time to eat is after the workout.
