Question by steven: Where on the east coast can i swim with seals?
So I love seals and its always been a dream of mine to swim with them. I live in new england and the only aquarium i know of is mystic aquarium in Connecticut. Currently they do not offer a swim with the seals activity which is a bummer. My question is, where is there a program where i can swim with seals in new england or somewhere that is close enough to drive there?

I think the chances of swimming in an aquarium for all to see is zero to nil.

If there is an aquarium that offers this then I am mistaken.

For now, try somewhere in Nova Scotia, they have seals there. There’s always some story in the news about a few people from Greenpeace protesting the Grey Seal Hunt. Which is just, in many ways.

If you do see a seal while swimming, don’t disturb it, it might bite you. Speaking of biting, beware of other animals that gobble up seals for dinner. It’s only the natural circle of life, known as the Food Chain.
