Question by transcendself: Mysticism is the practice of connecting, oneness with God. Religions begin and end here, Why not study that?
Ancient mystics used plants and potions in their ceremonies dedicated to becoming one with the universal consciousness most call God. What purpose do you think there was to rename the “fruit of knowledge”, “the forbidden fruit”, and portray it with an apple? What if by doing that they actually prevented you from doing what we were each meant to do during this “life” (stage of an evolving consciousness) which is connect with God? Strengthen and grow your consciousness so that when you fully leave your body you can make it. You cannot overcome death woithout first learning to face it….
