First of all, Egyptian god cards are forbidden. You can’t use them to duel with someone, except of course, you make a deal with them and they agree. Tell him to add a lot of effect monsters, (esp. man-eater bug, penguin soldier) and if he is planning to add some normal monsters, be sure its under lvl 4 with a good atk or defense. Luster dragon is ideal for atk, mystical elf (def:2000), D-hero Defender (2700 def) and giant stone soldier. i could also see, that most of the card listed above are monsters, tell him to add some useful spell and trap cards, monster reborn, trap hole, dark hole, and limit the monster to spell/trap ratio to 1:1. Be careful of adding high level monster cards to the deck, bec. high lvl monsters are hard to summon .
