Question by Abdulla Al.Khenji: How to test for fat presence in a biscuit?
Describe how you would carry out a test to show the presence of fat in a biscuit.
And how would you compare fat in other biscuits?
How can I check if there is an fat in the biscuit, or any food?

I wouldn’t bother. If I like the biscuits, I eat them!

  1. You can extract fat with chloroform and weigh the fat after you evaporate the chloroform.
