Oh, what I meant was there’s no “past and future” but only the eternal moment of “now.”

well you have to live in the moment because its all you ever REALLY have… the past has gone, that’s why its called the past! and the future is not yet here…. you have to make the moment you have special
Maybe it is true. There are moments in life when you are completely engrossed in something that you forget time and space and who you are, I guess that could be named a moment of now.
I agree with modern physics that says time is simply a designation of relative position.
I am not aware of any “mystics”….although many spiritual teachers and the writers of the various scriptures of the various faith/belief systems propose the same.
