   have you looked into this or just decided without checking? i did a lot of research before posting this video, i can assure you they are very real. The chemicals used are silver iodide among others, it is done without our knowledge or consent. Many countries cloud seed with chemicals, the most open to do this is China. Our government does not share anything with its people, do you trust your government? i take it you are in the UK.
