I’m a Ph.D. student in immunology considering a post doctoral fellowship that is neuroscience related. Can anyone recommend a neuroscience textbook that will cover the basics in addition to the cellular and molecular biology?

its is very detailed
if you want something that is more high yield : High-Yield Neuroanatomy by james fix it has some cellular stuff but not too much(its geared for the medical licensing exam)
