Question by aspiring buddhist: How does one practicing mindfulness deal with household pests?
The first mindfulness training/precept is that one shall not commit murder. How does one then deal with household pests like roaches and spiders. I am caught in a dilemma about this. Trying to learn how to reconcile these teachings with real life.
