Question by bella: Can someone explain what Transformers and Diodes are in science (physics)? In basic terms please!?
I’m having trouble understanding the primary and secondary coils in transformers in physics.

transformers allow current to convert from one voltage to another,
the current runs through the first coil (primary) it creates a magnetic field in the iron core this induces an alernating voltage in the second coil (secondary)
