@Nonamearisto Yeah…I still prefer the “best” ending, though. You still become gods, but it doesn’t entail turning into douchebags (Dark Savant ending) or causing widespread total devastation and chaos first (turns out, ripping a page from the book is a tad…irresponsible).

What’s interesting about this ending is that the Dark Savant actually honours his part of the deal. He doesn’t go all cliche “Mwuahaha, fools, now you will suffer!” after you give him the quill. He is pure evil, but honourable.
Anyone have a video of the Blowout? As in if you don’t disarm the bomb?

Seemingly there are different versions of the game, each showing only one video for the different endings.

ive never really got that high i think the best ive ever achieved is like 24 ive never completed it either on the party im playin with now i really wanna hit like level 36 or something but i doubt thats gonna happen

I played the end again and I take everything back. There’s no video for the good ending, it’s just a long in game animation. For the evil ending I get pretty much nothing, despite the DarkEnd.bik File being in the Intro folder.
In your Wizardry folder, there should be the subfolders Data->Flic->Intro.
In there, you’ll find different .bik files, these are the videos.
Now you need a converter to transform them into something more… usefull, like .avi or .mpg.
I’ve got a file named “DarkEnd.bik”, so there should be a GoodEnd, too.
If you tell me how to do it. I’ve never done anything more than screenshots. At best, I could film it with my digicam.

Luckily for me, My game still works. I take good care of the discs and just pray that it will always work.
If not, Then I would have to find the game again somehow. I love this game.
ahh..that makes sense, as my friend said he didnt like the ending. This is because he got the good ending. I never got to finish the game because I had to format my pc and just never got back into it. Very good game though i’m sad that Sir-tech is gone.
I am sorry, but the evil ending is the only ending with a video.
All other endings are only written on a final screen.
