Question by John Beckingham: What Morph Of Leopard Gecko Should I Breed With My High Yellow Leopard?
Just wanted your opinions to be honest. If you suggest one, tell me what morph you think i’ll get thanks 🙂
Also on leopard geckos is the yellow on high yellows dominant to the black spots?
If you can only answer one that’s cool but both would be awesome!

High yellow is not a ‘real’ morph. They are selectively bred normals, so yes the gene is dominant, but any babies may or may not show the high yellow colouring.
Unless there are any matching hets in the pair you decide to breed, all of the babies will be normals with almost anything you breed to.
Snow is a codominant gene, so breeding your gecko to a snow would give you 50% chance of normals and 50% chance of snow babies.
…none of which are in high demand as the market is absolutely flooded with leopard geckos.
It is nigh on impossible to sell normal babies so unless you plan to keep all and any babies yourself then its a better idea to hold off breeding.
