You’ve got all the primaries.
You can mix quite a range of colors.

Since it’s a stained glass project, i suggest you make something that is very colorful and doesn’t require black and white. You can get the rest of the colors by mixing the primary ones. Here are a few suggestions:-
A Butterfly
A Hot Air Balloon
A Colorful House Plant with Flowers
A Macaw http://www.google.com.om/imgres?q=macaw&hl=en&safe=off&sa=X&rlz=1T4ADSA_en-GBOM440OM441&tbm=isch&tbnid=WF-UZ99o2abL9M:&imgrefurl=http://animaldiscovery-chanel.blogspot.com/2011/05/scarlet-macaw-largest-and-beutiful.html&docid=w13ZmWsicVQBsM&w=355&h=373&ei=FrBHTqmCPZC3rAeXn436Aw&zoom=1&iact=rc&page=1&tbnh=172&tbnw=161&start=0&ndsp=22&ved=1t:429,r:1,s:0&tx=103&ty=65&biw=1280&bih=872
A Fruit Basket
Basically do anything that is colorful.
Add more water to make the color lighter
Decrease the water to make the color darker
For outlining use a dark shade of blue or mix all the colors to get brown and then add it to the blue to make it even more darker.
