Question by : What is a current conflict(s) between the fields on neuroscience and the criminal justice system?
I do rate! Appreciate any answers.

I’m sorry – are you asking if Neuroscience has looked into criminal behaviour? Has anyone suggested that criminality is neurogenic?
If so that’s more the domain of psychiatry where usually the clinical term applied would be a problem with entitlement.
That said, neuroscience has looked at ways to treat schizophrenia and the results of some of the new approaches are startlingly effective sometimes. Some criminality is based in schizophrenia so in that case yes there has been an established study of neurogenics and schizophrenia.
Are there areas where they disagree – unquestionably not. Neurology knows when establishing links between a clinical condition and the brain that it takes a huge amount of research before anyone can say “Something here is off balance”.
I hope this helps – maybe you could clean up the question a little bit as I’m not sure I answered what you are looking for.
