Question by Artisticat: If a NECROMANCER were real, or even asking about them in books and games, what GOOD could they bring?
I’ve only read of the destruction they can bring, and I am unsure if there is any good that could come from necromancy.
Xenon and Romantic… That’s not exactly answering the question. You fail. :( Thanks though.

Best answer:

Answer by XenonVortex BlackOp Death Eater
Usually they’re portrayed as evil sorcerers who do all kinds of creepy dark magic like raising dead corpses and that sort of stuff. By definition, a necromancer is usually involved in dark magic, so I’m not sure how there could be a “good” necromancer.

EDIT:

Oh really? Well, then excuse me, I’ll try again if that wasn’t good enough. All I’m saying is that it’s described as the “blackest of black arts”, so nothing good would really come out of it. Unless, they summon spirits to give messages to people. And to be fair to Romantic and I, your question is kind of confusing. Not all necromancers are destructive, some of them make a profession out of communicating with summoned spirits and that sort of thing.

Hi Misstealpink, have you heard of The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World?

I had tried it and I think it is great!

It’s a new virtual world for kids and tweens (some even say teens!). It has already received tens of thousands of sign-ups from over 140 countries.

You can travel around the world, adopt all kinds of cool pets, build houses and islands, wear clothings from different countries, play tons of games and more. Best of all, it’s free to play and you don’t need to download anything to install.

Here’s a short description of it.

“The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks promises an experience in which players would be able to travel to factual and mysterious places around the world, travel through time and space, meet famous people from the past, play dozens of enriching and fun games, make new friends and party with them, buy exotic islands, build culture-inspired houses, wear clothes from different countries, explore secret locations, solve mysteries and puzzles and become a legendary traveler!”

Question by Cuts_to_Christ: How much could I get for these games on Ebay?
There are these AWESOME Nancy Drew games that I used to collect when I was younger…they are computer/PC games that you download and then you can begin an awesome adventure and you ARE Nancy Drew…you also go all over the world (China, Paris, etc) and you can learn language, and how to bake, and make things, and do crafts, and it is really mature like 15-20 year olds love it! It is actually legit…anyways, I need money, and I have 14 games (14 different mysteries!) and each mystery costs about -15 bucks in stores. If I sold all 14 games (that are in perfect condition) how much should I sell the set for?

Maybe a game, since they’re used. You may be able to get a little more for Secrets Can Kill or Stay Tuned for Danger since they’re both discontinued.

Joanna,

I always thought Lord Of The Flies was similar in a way. Check out the synopsis and see what YOU think. By the way, it’s a classic.
