If you have an anatomy/physiology class, I say take it. I don’t really know what classes your college offers, but that’s a good start.

Good luck

Question by aj :) : How do i pursue a career in astrology?
How would I go about becoming an astrologer?
Are there any certain schools that offer astrology courses?
And would I still need to go to a regular college to take the general courses?

Best answer:

Answer by ♈ Marilyn ♉ ♓
i have something somewhere about it.. let me see..
Found this in a horoscope magazine, website is astrologers.com, it’s the American Federation of Astrologers they have the “SuperStar Course in Astrology.” You can learn at home from your own pace and then be set to take the AFA certification exam. Cost is a couple of hundred.. there is also an astrology school I heard of in washington, Kepler College of Astrological Arts and Sciences.. you dont have to be there to go, i think there’s some online class and then you fly in on one or two occasions, something like that..
you might wanna check the reviews on schools before you go or invest in anythign just in case.. im always careful to check ripoffreports, but i didnt check these two ive just listed.

Question by ruby: Do neuroscience/cognitive science majors require a master’s or doctorate’s degree to start a career?
It seems that a lot of neuroscience and cognitive science majors choose to pursue their master’s or doctorate’s after completing their undergraduate studies, but is this necessary to start out in the workforce? Are there any realistic careers that are attainable with just a bachelor’s in either of these majors? Please and thank you!

Best answer:

Answer by Elsie K
just a bachelor’s degree in anything (except engineering, that is) is not sufficient to make a comfortable 5/6 figure salary

you can be a counselor though, maybe a researcher

Do my potential employers care about leadership involvements? sports?

Thank you!

Future employers or graduate schools will be much more interested in whether or not you can do the work than what you do in your free time. Spend your summers getting involved with research, doing internships, or getting work experience.

no one can tell you what career to take, that has to be up to you and i don’t know how old you are but just do what you enjoy, chances are you’ll change your mind.
But good jobs for your interests would probably be archeology, look into it, there’s normally courses you can go on around for you to get a taste for it :)
