    it can also be done without fire, and the moves shown here are the first things you learn when you learn to spin poi. (If the forward circles the Shiva Rea does is all she knows, I would not have recommended her to light up at this time) you can learn more at homeofpoi and playpoi

    May be mystics “believe”, Nilgiri mountain range (actually western ghats) as second oldest mountain range……But Science doesnt state that way…..First of all western ghats are not true mountain ranges, it doesnt fits with orogeny, second, western ghats formed around 150 millions years ago, but oldest mountain ranges were formed before 1 billion years ago…

    you tube is infested with negativity of all sorts but truth and positivity are never far away if you seek it, it will find you. our lives are polluted to the extent that we can no longer prioritise wisdom above all else. this is sad.
