Are there any undergrad classes that are absolutely required before entering a PhD program in neuroscience.

The Ph.D. programs of interest to you should have information about eligibility similar to the example shown below. If you do not have all the pre-requisites, ask if you can take the undergraduate courses as a graduate student, realizing that they may not count as credit towards the Ph.D.
