we get to know more about our 0wn body …with physics and biochemistry ..
they help in diagnosis as well as in therapy .
..when v are ill certain chemicals in our body increases..some falls in level ..so the biochemical techniques detects em ..so v can correlate em with the list of differentials v have…
fr example in meningitis u take csf ..n see the glucose n protein levels ..it might suggest u whos behind that maybe a virus or bacteria ..so v can proceed our rescue measures accordingly
n physics ..xray ,usg,ct,mri ..u can list em all day ..more gain with less pain ..
instead of cutting open just image the region n u ll find the lesion
n cancer radiotherapy its all physics ..
In instruments involving different kinds of diagnosis, biochemistry and physical science play a major role.
physics – ultrasounds, x-rays and imaging
biochem is everything that happens in the body, all cell reactions and metabolism etc.
