Question by dilymammoth: Can you tell me any famous alchemists?
I’m doing a little research on alchemy and famous alchemists. I know that Geber (Abu Musa Jabir Ibn Hayyan) might have transmuted lead into gold and I read about Nicholas Flamel (who might have created a Philosopher’s stone. Please could you provide me with more alchemists who have had any luck transmuting or creating the Philosopher’s stone?
