Through meditation we can learn to work with, rather than against the bodymind, and how to bring together the qualities of relaxation and awareness.

i tried to meditate but i find myself kinda fighting with myself as im meditating and i get scared that what if i go crazy and i stop i was wondering if anybody had any advice th.ank you .
I meditate everyday. I do not think many people really know how much meditation can calm the stresses of everyday things that we attend to. I really liked this video. I read books written by the OSHO Foundation. I find them very interesting.

My aunt said, life is what you make it. We all have that responsibility, even if it’s a very difficult burden to bear sometimes. True power and freedom does not come from finding anything tangible, but from remembering where the power and freedom originates: ourselves. Osho is a little kooky sounding atimes, but his advice to return to the center, to simply being rather than doing, is sage for anyone who wants to enjoy a contented life. Who knows, maybe life is waiting for you to engage it?

todays meditation is about being alert. but its not so easy as i could say, listen to osho he talks about working one single meditation tecnic once you can domesticate this then you can master any type of meditation. this means only learn to be in peace with oneself. close your eyes and be alert dont think, we are invocating a state of no mind just being. in peace quiet. shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. listen.
Why wait if you anticipate pain and suffering? Kill yourself now ! But wait ! How do you know after death will be any better?
That statement is such a waste of your self, belive in yourself, the good sides, the “bad” sides. Acknowledge the negative toughts, and simply. Move beyond them.
life is an endless passage of suffering and disappointment. i can’t wait for death to come and take me away from this stupid planet.
