I’ve been playing oblivion for a few days now, and I’m trying to figure out if I have a better chance of successfully harvesting ingredients with a higher alchemy skill. Anybody know?

It’s been a while and I’m not sure but this was the case in Morrowind. A safe bet would be to work on your alchemy and luck because luck WILL affect those odds.
