I am almost deathly afraid of needles and I was wondering is there anyway to rid yourself of a fear?

Yes, hypno-therapy is used for many different
reasons, and extreme phobias would be one of them.
However, I believe that hypnosis is only used in
the most extreme cases where the fear affects
someone’s ability to function in a normal manner.
Therapy would be the most typical way to work with a phobia.
