Question by Henry H: Is there a protection against the superstition concerning a bird flying into a house meaning death?
Is there a way to reverse the superstition that a bird flying into a home means a death is imminent? Or, according to the superstition, nothing can be done and someone will die?

umm, since theres a birds next on a tree branch that leans over my house my whole family should be dead right? I mean birds are constantly flying over it, but guess what, no deaths! Can you believe it!?

Superstition is just that. A superstition. Black cats, breaking a mirror, Friday the 13th, walking under a ladder, opening an umbrella indoors, etc. are all mind games. It motivates and scares people. Don’t buy into it. A bird flew into your home because……the window or door was open. Lots of other things can fly into your home if you leave a door or window open. Walmart has all kinds of birds in their stores and guess what……they haven’t died and doesn’t look like any harm has come to them. Good luck.
