Question by Clueless About Football: If 2 snowflakes are ever identical in design, will this event presage the end of the world?
It is commonly said that no 2 snowflakes are ever exactly alike, but how do we really know?

It would either be by chance, and therefore meaningless. Or by design of “The Creater”. Again, harmless.

“Every snowflake falls in exactly the right place.”
Give your answer to this question below!
Maybe the world will not notice.
Then the world won’t end.
We don’t, that’s a supposition. Since in an infinite universe anything is possible it is entirely possible that there have been multiple repetitions of snowflake patterns, since no one keeps track how would we know? Plato believed that we only actually “know” what we can prove, and the supposed uniqueness of snowflakes is something we can never hope to prove.
Oh, I HOPE Master Shonen-en-ai answers this one! You’ll get not only a couple of identical snowflakes, but dozens of them.
Science suggests otherwise:
http://www.abc.net.au/science/articles/2006/11/13/1784760.htm
“In 1988, the scientist Nancy Knight (at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorado) was studying wispy high altitude cirrus clouds. Her research plane was collecting snowflakes on a chilled glass slide that was coated with a sticky oil. She found two identical (under a microscope, at least) snowflakes in a Wisconsin snowstorm.”
It either means that whoever said it is ignorant and hasn’t seen enough snowflakes or that the world ended nearly 21 years ago.

I think we’re naturally attracted to beautifully absolute ideas. Since no one knows, and a large cross-section probably confirms that supposition…then a lovely statement that encompasses all was virtually inevitable.
You know because our congress authorized a study of that question. It only cost 10,000,000 dollars. It was conducted by on of their relatives.
