I don’t know of any cases using Hypnotherapy, I have heard of some using hypnosis from a licensed medical professional.
But in general the results are not allowed in court and it has little if any value.

Almost never.
Most courts do not grant any particular credit or weight to evidence obtained through hypnotic recall, and some jurisdictions discount or refuse to admit memories obtained in this manner because of the potential for undue influence.
Never in a smart police department. You run the risk of tainting the testimony by using hypnosis, and having it thrown out.
Today, hypnotherapy is extremely rarely used and next to never in high profile cases. The more common therapies used in the treatment of criminals are behavior therapy, cognitive therapy and RET (Rational Emotive) Therapy.
Corrections has shifted to a psychological-cognitive approach to the treatment of violent and non-violent offenders.
