I am writing an English essay about how america should be more open minded about interracial marriages. I have good statements but I could use a little more and the opinons of others, but only if your for it. Thanks.

You could write about how it is really just genetics. Some people have blue eyes and some have brown, some have blond hair and some have black. Biologically, skin color is determined the same way that hair and eye color are. We don’t not marry others based on their hair or eye color, so why should it matter if we marry someone with a different skin color than ourselves?
Especially in America, we are called the “melting pot” for a reason.
