Effing Amazing!! I put a comment in about 5 or 6 months ago – positive of course. Some people mentioned that maybe he’s high on crack but it looks to me like it’s def. speed. Just look how fast his eyes were blinking in the beginning and just how fast he’s doing everything. Well anyway – Still f***ing awesome!!!! Still can’t get enought of it!!
ob boy what fun!
A classic.
the lead singer reminds me of Alastor Moody from the HP movies…
this is getting alot of hits due to the new commercial on espn
LOL at 3:50 hahaha he almost couldn’t whistle that high.
This band is just too great.
Holy Crap I thought most of that stuff was canned. I bow before the glory of Focus.

Very musical. Most lyrics are a waste of time and they seem to understand.

@nunya7606 They wrote this song. They can play it as they like
Focus is a Dutch progressive rock band. It was founded by classically trained organist/flautist Thijs van Leer in 1969.
@MrReflus Yeah, a very nice tribute to Focus. I also notised when I saw it on TV.
I bought the single vinyl record in 1972, and played it hundred times. Later I bought a couple of their LPs. The flute player did albums in both Rock, Classical and Jazz.
@MrReflus and before that it was used as the theme tune at the end of Saxondale.
Focus does thrash-inspired cover of their own excellent track 😉 This is a brill live version!
It’s like heroin. Can’t get enough of this…200 views just from me…

Love it…great musicianship, Akkerman was awesome…
Great music will never die !!!!
Now Nike is using the instrumental intro in their TV Commercial here in Denmark. Fantastic tribute!
Awesome track
Perhaps no rock song combines athletic energy with opera like this one.
@TheDragonfighter95 yeh it is, it ownz
this is a really good song… i think now its on the new nike
That’s a good song!!
Little-known fact on this song: Jan Akkerman plays the bass guitar part as well. Both he and Cyril Havermans are credited with bass guitar on the Moving Waves album, but Havermans only played bass on the “jam” sections of the Eruption suite.
I heard the song on the Nike commercial like most everyone else, but had no idea it was that old. Expected something modern, but life sure is full of pleasant surprises.
Man, even though I’m not the biggest Nike fan, I’m happy they showed me this flipping amazing song! I don’t even like rock 😛
Memories of the Alan ‘Fuff’ Freeman show! Alright?
