@HIHNickel Gamma brainwaves naturaly occure along with Theta & more often Alpha brainwaves. However Gramma waves are short bursts & act as triggers for higher insight & function.
Gamma: > 40 Hz
Theta: 4–7 Hz
why combining the two? the difference is rather considerable.
BSpiritor, funny that you mentioned that, I used it yesterday with my students (as very low background music) and they were saying “have you got whales going on in there?”. @Gingerveecarter Yes my work would be great for that. But I would start somebody who has never done binaural beats before with a track or tracks without Gamma stimulation. You could make a great Alpha, Theta & back to Alpha journey form my Solfeggio Vol 1. But you can start with this also. That is just how I would do it.

@estrader1 So many times I get asked for a singular frequency, but harmony lays in the combination of several Hz. I have made the Solfeggio Hz meditations in the full ancient Solfeggio scale for a reason & I included binaural beats as that guarantees success with this program.
