Question by : Can you respond to Kor Outfitter’s enter the battlefield ability?
1. I cast Kor Outfitter
2. Opponent passes priority back, I let it resolve
3. In response to the enter the battlefield ability, I use Stoneforge Mystic to put Argentum Armour on the field and attach it to a different creature.
Is this allowed?

No, you’d have to put the Argentum Armor on the battlefield before the Outfitter resolves, because the target Equipment and target creature for Outfitter’s ability must be chosen as it goes on the stack. as such, the Argentum must be on the field as the Outfitter arrives.

2. The Kor Outfitter resolves and enters the battlefield.
3. Kor Outfitter’s Enter the battlefield ability triggers. It is at this time you must choose both targets for the ability, and both targets must be on the battlefield.
4. Both players get a chance to respond to the triggered ability.
What you should do is use Stoneforge Mystic to put the equipment onto the battlefield, THEN cast Kor Outfitter and use it’s ability to move the equipment onto the creature you want to have it.
