You can probably get one somewhere online (put something like “long range weather forecast” into google), but it is unlikely to be very accurate as it will just be based upon the average temperatures and conditions for that time of year.
You can generally get a climate prediction upon the location and the time of year due to existing data. Although, 2 weeks away in the dead middle of winter, you could get some currents from a warmer region warming up a region that’s normally cool.
So, no or at the least, not yet. There are too many variables to take into consideration.
U can get an approximation of the forecast through the National Centers for Environmental Prediction @ http://wwwt.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/. look at the NCEP Ensemble Prediction System Graphics – North America for specific details
That could help
A detailed forecast for that far ahead is not likely to be particularly accurate. Mathematical predictions suffer from compounding of small errors which build up over a period of time so that a forecast which may be pretty accurate for 3 days time becomes less so for 5 days and might be rather vague for 10 days ahead. The movements of air in the atmosphere is quite chaotic and difficult to predict in any case.
It also depends on the sort of weather – rapidly changing conditions are more difficult to predict. Here in the UK it is notoriously difficult to predict snowfall with any accuracy as a small difference in temperature can mean the difference between a rainstorm and a blizzard.
