  17. Wow well said.. sometimes I feel that my muscle tension is not relaxed for the past two months and i do think that my magnesium is low due to the absorption of fat. I am heading to the grocery store right now and get some almond and spinach. I know i will feel better over time. Thanks continue spreading the knowledge.

  21. a pure ground beef burger, tomato and lettuce are not junk food…the bun and french fries, and for sure the soda are…there are lots of B vitamins in beef, too, not just whole grains…overall, though, a good discussion.

  30. i’m bipolar! i’ve been diagosed with dislexia, add, bipolar and adhd. i’ve aslo been told i have ocd and mild autism. i had no idea that there were actual number types of bipolar. i was aware of only 1 type with multable possablilys or symptoms. i’ve had every sympom they mentioned and even others they haven’t. i’ve acualy learned to control it because i’ve just exsepted this as brain evolution. i’m a native who believe’s that this is a gift from greatcreater. not an illness!

  31. @aaronbxiii – How old are you? I’m 42 now and I used to think like you do. It’s understandable but for me, the lows started taking over as I got older.

  36. @ninjasyn people that criticize medications don’t understand that mental illness is biological and people can’t just get rid of it through a little talking. I’ve seen how much medications can help. I have borderline personality disorder, and also my brother has bipolar.

  42. also. I dont see why anyone would want to medicate from this. the hypo-mania is soooo much fun and the depressive state is kinda sad but i enjoy it. it makes me ponder. maybe its because i like the morbid thoughts. bi polar 1 is a different story though…
