Question by Grace: What are some great books like the Hunger Games?
I just read the Hunger Games trilogy and absolutely loved it! I wanted to know if there were any other books like the series or really any books you think I would enjoy if I liked the Hunger Games. I also am reading the Uglies right now and like that, so that might help with recommendations. I would really appreciate if you replied! Thanks so much!

I am trying to decide whether or not to buy Labyrinth (book by Kate Mosse). It seems like it might be very similar to The Historian which I loved, but I don’t really want to read it if it makes extremely controversial religious claims like The Da Vinci Code. I’m just looking for a good historical thriller. Should I get Labyrinth or does anyone have any other suggestions?

characters and stuff? Like in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood it follows the manga but in Fullmetal Alchemist it didnt follow the manga as good. Are there any other anime like this?

I dunno, i’m just really confused because it’s just like the original anime , but i was reading comments and someone said FullMetal Alchemist was following the manga , but i didn’t read the manga. >.<

lol, to be honest, i didnt read the manga either!!
but supposedly at one point, the anime swerved away from the manga, and became completely different. I believe right now, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is just trying to catch up to that point were it became different, so that they can concentrate on that. I believe that is why the series is going so fast…

I have a unrepairable leg due do massive bone and tissue damage. The doctors gave me and option to get a prosthetic leg. Can i get one that looks like the full metal alchemist automail or at least something that looks like a real leg not just a pole. I just want it to look like it not work the same way.

By measurements I mean such as weight, height, consistency, etc.

(Don´t give me the “change in the weight of the brain by death”. It´s been proven that it has nothing to do with the soul)

I’ve seen all of the following and they are listed in no order of favoritism:
1. Fullmetal Alchemist
2. Ouran High School Host Club
3. High School of the Dead
4. Bleach
5. Shuffle
6. Demon King Daimao
7. D. Gray-man
8. Baka and Test
9. Chobits

What would you suggest I watch next? Preferably closer to the Ouran and Shuffle style but still with elements of fantasy or action.

i love full metal alchemist for me it’s by far the best manga/anime ever.
ps what opening theme song is your favorite. mine is “Golden Time Lover” by Sukima Switch third opening.

One of the reasons it’s so good is because it was well concluded, if they did anything further they’d be struggling for story and it would ruin the anime. As it is, it’s complete and not needing anything more. I’d be disappointed if they tried to squeeze more out of it.

I have read the Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Mockingjay. I really really loved them! Someone suggested 39 clues, but I don’t exactly like those books :/ If you know of any books that are similar and also really good books, I would love to hear from you!
